Hyunjung Kim | Violin
HyunJung Kim, a talented violinist hailing from South Korea, began her musical journey at the age of five. Her dedication to the violin is evident in both her academic and musical pursuits. Commencing her studies at Ewha Womans University in South Korea under the guidance of Professor Taekju Lee, she obtained her Bachelor of Music degree, which laid the groundwork for her profound love and deep passion for the violin. After graduating, she focused on her teaching and performing career before pursuing a Master of Music degree at the University of Texas in Austin, studying under Sandy Yamamoto.
Currently, she is advancing her expertise and skills through doctoral studies at the University of North Texas as an Anshel Brusilow Scholarship full-scholarship recipient under the mentorship of Professor Julia Bushkova. In addition to her academic work, she serves as a Teaching Assistant while also holding the position of violinist in the Bancroft Quartet, where she continues to shine in chamber music. She previously honed her chamber music skills as a member of the Marie A. Moore Piano Trio. Additionally, her deep interest in Early Music and Baroque violin leads her to actively participate in the Baroque Orchestra at UNT, where she broadens her musical horizons.
Alongside these activities, she is deeply committed to her orchestral performances and dedicates significant time to teaching young musicians, fostering the next generation of musicians.

Daeun Kim | Piano
Pianist and organist Daeun Kim is an active performer in solo piano, collaborative piano, and organ performance. She has appeared at major venues such as Carnegie Hall and the Meyerson Symphony Center and has performed at events including the ACDA National Conference and the Texas International Choir Festival. She has also collaborated with professional ensembles, including the Orpheus Chamber Singers.
Dr. Kim is a prizewinner of several national and international competitions, including the Seoul Orchestra Competition, where she performed as a concerto soloist. She has also earned First Prize at the Music International Grand Prix as a member of a piano trio.
She holds degrees from Hanyang University (B.M.), Manhattan School of Music (M.M.), and the University of North Texas (D.M.A.). She served as a Visiting Piano Professor at Tarleton State University from 2025 to 2026 and is actively engaged in teaching and mentorship.

Huiqun Wu | Piano

Huiqun has performed in both the United States and China and is a prizewinner of national and international competitions, including First Prize in the China Region of the Chopin International Youth Piano Competition and Winner of the Pacific Star International Piano Competition.
His teaching emphasizes efficient technique and thoughtful practice strategies, helping students develop expressive freedom, confidence, and meaningful musical communication.

Hoigum Park | Violin
Dr. Hoigum Lindsy Park earned her DMA at the University of North Texas on a full scholarship with stipend and completed the Graduate Artist Certificate, after her MM at the University of Texas at Austin. She has led the UNT Symphony as Concertmaster and has performed in Italy, France, the Czech Republic, Germany, and Austria. She currently focuses on teaching and performs in the violin sections of the Abilene Philharmonic and the Richardson Symphony Orchestra. In her free time, she spends time with her husband and lovely cats Dami and Dacong.

Ziyuan Zhao | Piano
Ziyuan Zhao is a pianist currently pursuing a Doctor of Musical Arts in Piano Performance at the University of North Texas, where he studies with Professor Adam Wodnicki. Mr. Zhao has received numerous prizes in national and international piano competitions. In 2020, he was a Finalist of the Conero International Piano Competition, selected among only 27 pianists worldwide, and was awarded Second Prize and the Audience Award in the China Division. He also won First Prize in the Young Artist Division of the Third Liszt International Youth Piano Competition as well as the Silver Prize in the Professional C2 Category of the Third Sichuan Piano Competition Institute Cup, among other honors. Throughout his academic studies, he has consistently earned Outstanding Student Scholarships in recognition of his academic excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Music from the Sichuan Conservatory of Music in China, where he studied with Professor Xiu-mei Li, and a Master of Music from the Manhattan School of Music in New York City, where he studied with Professor Michelle Cann and Dr. Solomon Mikowsky. As a teacher, Mr. Zhao values patience, clarity, and individualized instruction, focusing on building strong technical foundations and musical understanding. His students have achieved success in competitions and gained admission to music schools, earning him the trust and appreciation of both students and parents.

Mindam Baek | Piano
Mindam Baek, born in Incheon, South Korea, is an accomplished pianist and dedicated educator. She graduated from Sookmyung Women’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Piano Performance in Seoul South Korea, earned her Master’s degree in Piano Performance from the Mannes School of Music in New York, and is also a graduate of Gyeonggi Arts High School in Korea. She will begin her Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Performance–Pedagogy at the University of North Texas in Fall 2025 to further specialize in both piano performance and pedagogy.
With over nine years of teaching experience, Mindam has worked with students of all ages and levels, from beginners to advanced performers, and has successfully prepared many of them for recitals that received outstanding performances and positive feedback.
Mindam’s teaching philosophy focuses on building a strong technical foundation while fostering musical expression and joy in learning. She strives to nurture each student’s potential, helping them develop both skill and a lifelong appreciation for music.

Alejandro Sanchez | Violin
Alejandro Sanchez is a young violinist from Colombia, he finished his undergraduate degree back home, and has been part of the most important orchestras in his country, including the Youth Colombian Philharmonic, orchestra with which he has toured the world, sharing stage with musicians like Yuja Wang, Michael Tilson Thomas, Lang Lang, Hilary Hahn, among others.
